Our Gameplay QA covers the following:

Focus Group Testing

A group of players representing your target demographic (Country, age, gender, etc.) will playtest your game with special focus on fun and balance issues.

Fun QA

Fun QA is focused on how players from a target demographic feel about your game. Essentially is it fun to play?

They play through the whole game and then submit a detailed report covering which aspects were fun/interesting to them, which aspects needed improvement, were offensive, funny, confusing etc.

Balance QA

Balance QA is more focused on the game mechanics and balancing issues.

Ex) Is it too easy/difficult to obtain ingame currency? Is the game difficulty too high/low?

Are some items too overpowered? Does leveling up take too long or is it too easy?

Stability QA

Our Stability QA covers the following:

Functional QA

Functional QA involves testing all functions in the game (Ul buttons, store purchases, menus etc.)

Basically, making sure there are no errors in the game a functional perspective, and everything works as intended.

Security QA

We test the game for all possible software vulnerabilities, to stop malicious actors from stealing ingame currency, using hacks to level up more quickly etc.

Network QA

We simulate various network environments for different countries (Slow Wi-Fi, 4G, 5G etc.) to make sure it can be played smoothly by all within your target demographic.

We test the game on a range of devices to see which ones are capable of running the game smoothly,
